 1. Always wear and top up your sun cream throughout the day. Apply onto any part of your body being exposed to the sun. Remember even if their are clouds, you can still feel the rays once there are shadows.

2. Avoid direct prolonged contact with the sun on hot days between 12-2pm. This is when the sun is at its highest and will do the most damage to your skin.

3. Never fall asleep in the sun as this can be dangerous if you are left exposed to the sun's rays without topping up your protection.

4. Make sure to cover any moles with sun cream or clothes. This are particularly vunerable to being damaged in the sun.

5. Keep yourself hydrated throughout the day. Staying out in the sun will dehydrate your body, especially if you are playing sports. So make sure to have water nearby and regularly take a drink.
