Medipharm does not collect any personal data about you on this website, apart from information which you volunteer (for example by e-mailing us, information provided over the telephone, creating an account or by making a purchase with a credit/visa debit card). Any information which you provide in this way is not made available to any third parties, and is used by Medipharm only in line with the purpose for which you provided it.

Medipharm shall endeavour to:

• Safeguard the use of information that registered members of its online directories have submitted and any other services offered that members may reasonably expect to be kept private;
• Safeguard information from unauthorized access;
• Honour requests to remove names from our online directories or e-mail solicitation lists; and
• Keep records current and accurate.

Medipharm collects, maintains and uses information that is necessary to provide the most helpful and accurate online directories and services. It is the policy of Medipharm never to disclose such details to any third party, unless obliged to disclose such information by rule of law. 

Medipharm does not sell or transfer the names and addresses of its online directories to third parties and maintains confidentiality of such information when undertaking projects with other companies, organisations and trade associations. You have a right to be given a copy of any personal data which you may have supplied via this website. To exercise this right, you must write to us at the customercare@medipharm.ie and you should include any personal identifiers which you may have supplied earlier via the website (e.g. Name, address, email address).  You also have a right to have inaccurate information corrected.

Our site meets stringent security and privacy standards for both e-commerce and personal information. However, some of the pages on the website contain hypertext links to websites not maintained by Medipharm.
